any idea what apartments these are? they sure seemed to stand well (relatively speaking.)
i'm trying to find out how grande view apartments (supposedly built to withstand a class 3 hurricane) on grande view ave near edgewater mall and south of RR tracks fared. (timmysgrrrl at yahoo, etc.)
these apartments are the royal gulf, near gulf coast medical center
